You can find out more at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.

The grant program was created by the state in 2021.

Delaware County’s portion is part of a statewide $145 million block grant initiative through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Corp.

The five-county Philadelphia region received nearly $41.5 million for the program, with funding allocations based on population.

In Delaware County, the program will be administered by the Economic Development Oversight Board under the county’s Commerce Center.
