Ridley High Grad Directs First Movie That Aired Friday on Lifetime

A 1996 Ridley High graduate has directed her first film for the Lifetime Movie Network, writes Peg DeGrassa for the Daily Times.

Marguerite Henry, CEO and founder of Ray of Light Entertainment, directed “His Killer Fan” which aired Friday on Lifetime.

“His Killer Fan” starred Ryan Cooper (“Eye Candy,” “Confess”), Brooke Butler (“Ozark,” “Killer Dream Home”) and Teresa Liane (“The Vampire Diaries”).

With rock-and-roll as the backdrop, the romantic thriller explored friendship and obsession around a dangerous love triangle.

Henry directed and co-wrote the script with friend, Paula Rahn.  Boyfriend Bret Domrose added songs to the movie soundtrack.

The former Folsom resident has been working in film for two decades. She has written content for television, film and digital streaming.

She also performs stand-up comedy.

She started out as a production assistant on an Emmy-nominated television documentary, “Georgia’s Civil War.”

Her career path included work for various media companies, including working with magicians David Copperfield and Criss Angel.

“Delaware County and the whole Philadelphia area are infused with music, art, and all kinds of culture, so I was exposed to it all from a young age,” Henry said.
