Meridian Bank has been named one of the Top 10 Mortgage Lenders in the U.S., according to a poll conducted by Secure Insight, a risk management company based in Parsippany, N.J., that serves the mortgage industry.

Secure Insight polled more than 70,000 registered settlement professionals across the country, including settlement attorneys, title agents, and escrow officers. The agents were asked to rate mortgage lender based on three factors:

• quality of communications
• helpful staff interaction
• best borrower experience

Meridian Bank was ranked in the Top 10 from among hundreds of mortgage lenders included in the poll.

Senior Vice Presidents of Residential Lending Tom Campbell and David Fitzell manage the bank’s multibillion-dollar mortgage operation.
