Check Out Which Private High Schools in Delaware County Are Among This Year’s 50 Best in Pennsylvania

Delaware County is home to seven of the 50 best private high schools in Pennsylvania for 2021, according to a new report published by Niche.com.

The Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square ranked highest in Delaware County in fourth place. Haverford School also made the top ten at eighth place.

The Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont came in at No. 17, followed by the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy in Bryn Mawr at No. 26.

Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Villanova landed at No.38, while Delaware County Christian School is at No. 40.

The list is rounded out with Sacred Heart Academy Bryn Mawr at No. 45.

Niche.com calculated its rankings based on rigorous analysis of U.S. Department of Education academic and student data along with test scores, college data, and ratings from millions of users.

The categories weighed include Composite SAT/ACT Score, Top Colleges Score, College Enrollment, and Culture & Diversity Grade, among others.

All schools that made the top 50 received an A+ or an A grade for their overall score.
