Yesterday, DELCO.Today offered a database of black-owned Philadelphia area restaurants that included five eateries in Delaware County.

Featured were Chick-A-Boom  in Folcroft, Kings and Queens Liberian Cuisine, Le Mandingue , both n Upper Darby, Shugar Shack Soul Food  in Glenolden, and The Tattooed Pig / Red Onion Gourmet Home Meals in Aston.

But other black-owned businesses in Delaware County and beyond offer a variety of great products and services worth checking out, writes the Main Line Today.

There’s Deneen Marcel Lashes in Bryn Mawr with lash lifts and extensions, as well as eyebrow styling and skin treatments.

Girls Auto Clinic in Upper Darby does auto repair and maintenance as it focuses on educating women about car care.

Check out the “Shecanic” workshops that teach women the fundamentals.

Holland & Milan Organics out of Ardmore sells beauty and skincare products.

In the region, there’s Chloe Johnston Experiences in Berwyn offering luxury travel tours.

D’iyanu has African-inspired skirts, dresses, T-shirts, shorts, pants and more. Shop the collection online or at the Norristown showroom.

Embellish Beauty is an online store for a signature line of lip products from QVC hair and makeup artist Marcia Williams.
