Wawa, the beloved Media-based chain of convenience stores with a highly passionate fan base, has almost 700 stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Central Florida, and is continuing to expand with new menu offerings.

Property Management Associate

This position negotiates assigned lease renewals and extensions in support of key business objectives; performs desktop audits on stores with high operating expenses and resolves billing conflicts with landlords; and helps research, reconcile, and report on monthly budget variances.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and three to five years of relevant experience, including retail real estate experience; advanced skills in Microsoft Office software; and the ability to read, understand, and interpret lease contracts, property surveys, and site plans.

People Team Insights Strategist

This position develops complex evaluation models to analyze financial implications of total rewards and workforce programs; constructs and administers tools and documents that enable total rewards and workforce processes; and conducts post analysis where and when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree with a background in finance or planning and analysis or in a quantitative field; experience conducting and facilitating work sessions to collect and define stakeholder requirements; and an understanding of advanced analytic techniques and concepts.

Manager of Loss Prevention and Security

This position develops and communicates company-wide security strategic initiatives; provides recommendations for changes in policy, programs, and procedures to mitigate risks and protect assets; and identifies security gaps in physical security, policies, procedures, and surveillance equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or a related discipline and CPP certification; a minimum of eight years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, and security in a high volume retail setting; and prior management experience.
