Facilities Technician
This position performs skilled maintenance in carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, high-rise HVAC, and pneumatic and digital controls areas; monitors systems for potential problems and formulates appropriate solutions; and carries out necessary preventative maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; a minimum of three years of previous corporate facilities maintenance experience; a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record; and good organizational and problem solving skills.

Commercial Credit Analyst/Underwriter
This position performs underwriting related to new commercial real estate loan origination and due diligence; prepares financial statement spreads and develops pro-forma scenarios and projections; and prepares written reports related to loans and collateral, and recommends appropriate actions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline and an MBA; past internships in commercial credit/underwriting; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to efficiently model in Excel; and strong business acumen and problem solving skills.

Account Services Analyst
This position reviews incoming documents and takes the appropriate actions to complete assignments; ensures that all assignments are processed accurately and within compliance of account services procedures, and bank and FDIC guidelines; and maintains productivity and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in credit or banking call center or customer service; excellent verbal and written communication and multi-tasking skills; and PC related skills, including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes or other software.
