Assistant Controller

This position manages the company’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures; assists with the management of the monthly close process, including journal entry review and approval; and maintains internal accounting controls consistent with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and an MBA or CPA; a minimum of five years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of success in prior supervisory accounting roles; and current SAP experience.

HR Coordinator

This position provides key reports using HRIS while maintaining confidentiality; serves as the key corporate contact for associate questions and requests; ensures the integrity of  HR data; and maintains and improves hard copy and electronic filing systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and/or a minimum of three years of HR-related experience; proficiency in HR systems, including data entry, systems, and report writers, particularly ADP EV5 and ADPR; and strong spreadsheet skills.

Sr. Analyst, Business Systems

This position develops and maintains order management functionality, including SAP pricing, inter-company transactions, billing, and charge-back processing; identifies gaps and assists in developing functional specs; and tests and evaluates new order management computer system functionality.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology; five years of experience in an information technology systems analysis function; experience translating business requirements into systems specifications; and a minimum of three full life cycle SAP implementations.
