Client Service Associate

This position assists with the Media branch’s overall workflow processes and provides routine client support. He/she contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing the company’s value to clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. The person supports the business priorities of production team members and the client service group.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED. An associate degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience are preferred. He/she will have a minimum of one year of directly applicable experience, including previous experience managing client relationships.

Junior Actuary

This position determines mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates within a specific insurance specialty. He/she constructs probability tables regarding fire, natural disasters, and unemployment, based on analysis of statistical data and other pertinent information. The person designs and reviews insurance and pension plans, and calculates premiums.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of related work experience. He/she will be skilled in developing presentation materials and comfortable with client interaction. The person will study toward earning an Associate designation from the Society of Actuaries.

Senior Developer

This position directs, prepares, designs, codes, tests, debugs, and maintains complex computer programs. He/she works with users to support business applications and investigates operational problems and system requirements. The person devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems while considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and the form of desired results.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in Scrum/Agile SDET. The person will have experience with C#, ASP.Net MVC / Web API, SQL Server 2008+, Visual Studio 2013+, and more.
