Academic Secretary – Center for Education

This position serves as support for the office by greeting and directing callers to appropriate staff and faculty members; processing enrollment-related paperwork; assisting in the coordination of the admissions process; and maintaining the clinical placement database.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and one year of administrative assistance experience; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; and expertise in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Digital Content Manager

This position supports maintenance of the university’s main campus website to ensure content remains up-to-date and accurate; writes, proofreads, and edits web content; produces or manages the production of imagery, video, and other media; and trains and oversees web editors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of related experience; knowledge of photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects; and experience maintaining and developing content for a large-scale website.

Assistant Director of Residence Life Operations

This position provides day-to-day oversight for room changes, vacancies, and reassignments of rooms for a 1,700 bed facility; utilizes Colleague & StarRez software for housing assignments, billing, and facility information; and creates effective reports for planning and projections.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business administration, information management systems, or a related discipline; a minimum of four to six years of experience working in a student services office in a college or university setting; and experience in residence life.
