Assistant Program Director, VISIBLE

This position plans and executes a review of policies that impact equity among the faculty; assists with data collection and data summary activities for VISIBLE programs and reports; and prepares and delivers presentations about VISIBLE’s programs to stakeholders within and outside of the university.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and two years of work experience, including one year of project management experience; strong understanding of the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion and their impacts on intersectional gender equity; and strong data management skills.

Major Gift Officer, Athletics Development

This position identifies and manages a portfolio of at least 125 major gift

prospects, including both individuals and some corporations and foundations; establishes and manages effective relationships with significant prospects and major donors; and assists in coordinating development activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and two to four years of experience in fundraising or sales/business development; proven successful experience in individual fundraising or related sales/business development experience; and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Business Operations Specialist

This position coordinates the execution of alumni benefits and services; leads a student team in managing and directing all inquiries sent to the Office of Alumni Relations; and leads operations and planning for the Alumni Association Board of Directors, including coordinating annual meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of work experience in an operations role; experience managing multiple priorities, working independently and as a team, and in process improvement; and knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM technology.
