This position performs quarterly premium calculations, invoicing, and cash management; oversees carrier payable analysis and coordination and resolution of issues; and identifies trends including efficiency opportunities and works with leadership to develop appropriate action plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics; a minimum of two years of related experience; strong communication skills with all levels of management; and broad knowledge of business processes and process mapping.

This position gathers feedback users and seeks and identifies needed system changes; modifies the system to increase benefits and usability; manages the change control process and change management committee; and manages new releases of SFDC and efficiently rolls out new features.
