Platform (Operations) Leader

This position develops and maintains a safe operating environment; provides daily direction to the PCMC and Materials Asset teams; effectively leads and builds conversion teams; and ensures that assets, including materials and costs, are properly managed, maintained, and developed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a high-speed industrial manufacturing environment; experience in a leadership/supervisory position; and experience with LEAN manufacturing and problem solving.

Business Development Manager

This position develops and implements innovative eCommerce marketing, pricing, and sales policies and programs; develops and coordinates distribution and warehousing programs to reduce costs; and designs strategic business presentations tailored to achieve realistic customer performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in business, customer management, and customer development; eCommerce experience; and knowledge of company organizational structure, products, categories, and customer development policies and procedures.
