Cashier Cage III

This position provides all cash service needs for internal and external casino customers; provides prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service; processes fund transactions for the cashiering department with other casino personnel; and records transaction information as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills (without the aid of a calculator); one year of previous money-handling work experience; fluency in English; and the ability to pass mandated regulation and department testing.

Surveillance Agent

This position performs electronic and visual surveillance of slot floor, casino cage, count rooms, and other areas designated for surveillance; identifies persons engaged in cheating, theft, embezzlement, and other illegal activities; and completes all reports in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and two to four years of related experience; knowledge of electronic surveillance systems software; and good computer and verbal and written communication skills.

Manager, Beverage Service, Casino

This position continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data, and behavior; facilitates opportunity-seeking meetings to consistently involve all team members in service improvements; and develops highly skilled, successful employees.

The ideal candidate will possess two years of college education within a related field; basic knowledge of all phases of food and beverage management; strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills; and the ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate state licensure.
