Loss Prevention Investigator

This position identifies areas of risk and makes recommendations for upstream process improvement to prevent future losses; conducts investigations into employee theft, cash losses, and other security areas; and resolves cases and recommends the best course of action for management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related discipline; three to five years of related experience, including store experience; CPP certification; and knowledge of store document analysis, surveillance systems, and day-to-day store operations.

Store Operations Process Design Specialist

This position designs and implements a standardized framework to assess all proposed and existing initiatives that impact stores; leads process improvement methodology and uses process maps to identify improvement areas; and manages cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or industrial engineering and an MBA; a minimum of five years of related business experience; deep knowledge and understanding of the critical cost drivers of retail operations; and extensive process design experience.

Fixed Assets Accountant

This position establishes the accounting treatment for projects requiring a moderate level of accounting knowledge; analyzes transaction details to ensure that capital expenditure entries meet established criteria; and supports the month-end closing process.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of one year of GAAP accounting experience in asset accounting; a broad understanding of accounting concepts; and experience with Financial Accounting Systems, including SAP.
