Direct Support Professional

This position reinforces positive behaviors and promotes social interaction with clients; assists clients with interactions out in the community; and assists in the implementation of therapeutic activities, including physical exercise, church functions, arts and crafts, and recreational games.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; one to three months of related experience and/or training; a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience; and a good driving record.

This position prepares meals for 96 residents in accordance with planned menus; serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures; and loads and unloads meal carts into the van for transportation to and from the site of the day programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of one year of relevant dietary experience; a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience; and ServSafe certification.

ATF Floor Instructor

This position participates in annual program plan reviews for assigned individuals; assists in the completion of annual client assessments; implements programs and goals for each client; and plans, organizes, and implements community outings and related daily activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
