Mental Health Program Specialist

This position develops and implements individual programs for individuals with behavioral health needs; provides supervision and program implementation; offers supportive counseling to individuals with personal, behavioral, or social challenges; and facilitates resident group meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in the behavioral health field; excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills; and basic experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Transitional Employment Specialist

This position conducts client vocational profiles and related assessments and develops individualized work services plans; counsels clients to best match their employment interests with their skills; and develops and provides job readiness training and job club activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a human service field; a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health programming; and three years of work experience providing transitional employment services to people with disabilities.

Program Supervisor

This position provides direct supervision including recruiting, performance management, discipline, guidance, and resource assistance; reviews and updates time and attendance system; and coordinates planning and implementation of classroom curriculum.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and one year of experience working directly with people with disabilities; the demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team; and intermediate skill with Microsoft Office, including report-writer experience.
