Patient Experience Officer

This position helps implement the hospital’s comprehensive program to continuously improve the patient experience; serves as subject matter expert on best practices for service and patient engagement; and analyzes patient survey data and interprets patient complaints.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors’ degree in healthcare, business, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of combined experience in a hospital, health plan, or physician office setting; and previous experience leading patient experience programs.

Central Schedgistrar

This position oversees scheduling functions for all scheduled department procedures; maintains the flow of communication on the unit; and identifies and obtains all pre-certifications required by managed care payers on scheduled ancillary procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and courses in medical terminology; coding experience, including ICD-9/10 and CPT; a minimum of two years of hospital/physician office experience; and a minimum of two years of registration and insurance verification experience.

Data Analyst

This position gathers and integrates data from disparate sources and builds models and analyzes data to determine feasibilities and enterprise impacts; creates and validates record-keeping processes; and builds models that capture a wide range of healthcare inputs.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or master’s degree in finance or health information; and a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare acquisitions, strategy/business development, operations, or financial management in a healthcare organization.
