Sales Audit Accounting Representative

This position reconciles reviews and records weekly lottery refunds and adjusts cash over/short for each store; reviews store sale transactions in the SAP POSDM Workbench software; and responds to store inquiries by researching, analyzing, and documenting the resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess an associates degree and one to two years of prior analytical experience with store experience; solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP; and excellent analytical, project management, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Senior Supply Planner

This position executes new store openings and store closings and remodels, including inventory management and delivery scheduling; performs reference checks for new stores at 30/60/90 day check points; and manages seasonality for assigned stores, including adjusting forecast settings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management or a related discipline; five to seven years of related work experience, including store operations experience; and strong knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, and article maintenance.

Loss Prevention Investigator

This position identifies areas of risk and makes recommendations for upstream process improvements to prevent future losses; resolves cases and recommends the best course of action including termination and criminal prosecution; and coaches store management on loss prevention.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, pre-law, or a related discipline; three to five years of related experience, including store experience; CPP certification; and knowledge of store document analysis, surveillance systems, and day-to-day store operations.
