Graphic Design Consultant

This position designs and delivers industry-leading marketing campaigns and internal brand campaigns across multiple mediums; develops brochures, flyers, mailers, social media posts, web graphics, and more; and helps estimate time and budget requirements for specific projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of relevant graphic design experience; high proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of HTML5; and knowledge of design for digital mediums, including websites, digital brochures, and interactive PDFs.

AVP, Employee Relations

This position mentors and develops a team of employee relations specialists by providing feedback and ongoing coaching; provides proactive consulting to assigned business groups on employee risk; and contributes to the strategy development for employee relations and EEO concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible, related experience in human resources; and deep working knowledge of EEO, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Equal Pay, OFCCP, DOL, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Consultant, Events

This position provides onsite management for meetings and events of various sizes; oversees budget management, including both preliminary and final budgets; and performs site inspections to ensure that venues meet client and program requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; three to five years of relevant experience in event planning management; experience with Cvent and other event management systems and tools; and strong relationship management skills.
