This position manages and maintains the global IT operations project portfolio; works with regional technical leads to drive project execution and delivery; and develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related discipline; a minimum of five to seven years of direct work experience in a project management capacity; and experience in managing multiple high-visibility projects and reporting to senior leadership.

Product Management Leader

This position implements robust product management processes across all product lines and segments; develops three- to five-year product line road maps; creates product strategies that integrate input from marketing, sales, operations, and technology; and develops an integrated pricing strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a similar quantitative discipline and an MBA; a minimum of 15 years of related work experience; and experience in the coatings, paint, chemicals, automotive, or related industrial segments.

Financial Analyst – Americas

This position reviews and reports monthly operating performance of the business and provides in-depth analysis to global management; participates in the annual budget and monthly forecast processes; and prepares weekly net sales and EBITDA outlook for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA/CMA certification; a minimum of two to three years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or accounting.
