This position assists residents with medication administration by reminding them, opening packages, reading labels, and ensuring they take the correct dosage; assists residents with bathing and dressing; and reports changes in residents’ condition to the staff nurse.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid Pennsylvania CAN license with up-to-date continuing education requirements; experience reading vital signs and administering medication; CPR and first-aid certifications; and effective time management skills.

LPN (Glen Mills)
This position institutes appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents’ conditions; conducts daily resident interviews to determine physical and emotional status; coordinates the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents; and administers and documents medications.
The ideal candidate will possess Pennsylvania LPN licensure and two to four years of experience, preferably in long-term geriatric nursing care; current CPR and additional specialty certifications; and good problem-solving skills.

Dietary Aide (Exton)
This position prepares food for regular and therapeutic diets as directed; handles food using proper food handling and food safety techniques, according to established procedures; maintains proper temperature of food during preparation and service; and assists with the setup of the tray line.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions; and effective communication and math skills.
