This position supports the neurosurgical practice by scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and other fees, updating medical records as needed, performing data entry, answering patient inquiries over the phone, and completing other tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of experience in a medical office setting, general office administrative and clerical skills, and experience in EMR/EHR applications.

Practice Manager

This position directs and supervises the daily functions of assigned practices, oversees routine and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff, and works with clinicians to identify practice development opportunities to increase market share.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in health or business administration, a minimum of three to five years of experience in healthcare or a clinic setting, and experience in a primary care practice.

Financial Systems Analyst II

This position performs analysis of scheduling, revenue cycle, billing functions, and payer denials, analyzes business issues for departments within the health network, and recommends alternative work flow processes and/or automated solutions.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and knowledge of revenue cycle data analysis, accounts receivable analysis, and revenue cycle project coordination.
