Behavior Specialist

This position provides one-on-one intervention services to students in crisis situations; assists staff in maintaining a safe/controlled school environment; monitors designated behavior support areas; and consults with educational, clinical, and administrative staff regarding student behaviors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, special education, or a related discipline; knowledge of educational techniques, classroom management, and special-education classifications; and knowledge of laws related to special-education provisions.

Transitional Employment Specialist

This position conducts client vocational profiles and other assessments; develops individualized work services plans based on measurable goals; counsels clients to best match their employment interests with their skills; and develops and provides job-seeking skills training for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline and a minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health program and three years of experience providing transitional employment services to people with disabilities.

Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations

This position oversees front-end business operations across the company; establishes policies based on best practices focused on information management that ensure efficient and error-free billing; and monitors the daily workload of the follow-up team to optimize load balancing and staff acuity.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline; a minimum of seven years of experience in accounts receivable management and medical practice revenue cycle; and a minimum five years of management experience.
