The rankings are based on Esri’s Wealth Rank, which takes into account the population, average household income, average net worth, and average disposable income of a specific ZIP code.

Villanova ranked first with an average household income of $262,594 and an average net worth of $3,472,336.

Thornton placed sixth with an average household income of $211,644 and an average net worth of $2,963,484.

Haverford checked in at No. 11 with an average household income of $181,100 and an average net worth of $2,117,002.

Newtown Square (No. 24) has an average household income of $157,064, and is followed up by Garnet Valley (No. 33), Bryn Mawr (No. 43), Glen Mills (No. 44), and Wallingford (No.49).
