Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator

This position recruits CRS direct care staff; collaborates with human resources in developing and implementing sourcing, recruitment, and selection strategies to build a talent pipeline; and interviews, assesses, and hires candidates for open CRS positions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human services or business; two years of experience in human services, preferably with adult residential experience; one year of previous management or recruitment experience; and effective communication skills.

Team Leader

This position coordinates, conducts, and writes annual and quarterly reviews of client status and progress; assures that programs are developed, coordinated, integrated, reviewed, and implemented in a timely manner; and provides staff with in-service training on a proactive and consistent basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience working directly with persons with disabilities; two years of supervisory experience; and demonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Systems Engineer

This position provides enterprise level and end user support and troubleshooting for VMware, Citrix, and server applications; provides preventative maintenance in all information systems core equipment; and provides support for routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, proxy, and software applications.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science; five years of administrative experience with Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft server technology and networking topologies; and knowledge and understanding of Unix and Linux systems.
