Analyst, Product, and Program Administration

This position builds and maintains the charter air inventory, materials, contracts, and pricing. He/she builds and maintains all products related to charter packages, including materials, markups, batches, and pricing. The person learns and maintains data, rules, and processes related to new technologies including Endeca, Ilog, and Content Management systems. He/she produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for multiple audiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. He/she will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and preferably have experience with Access. Prior travel experience using SAP is a plus.

Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

This position manages eCommerce digital programs to increase consumer direct online sales. He/she increases traffic to the company’s digital properties, converts customers new to the brand, and manages the overall marketing budgets against profitability and ROI goals. The person plans, develops, and executes digital marketing efforts using tools such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. He/she will have three to five years of experience with Internet services and marketing. The person will have knowledge of major marketing programs, ad types, and payment models. Travel industry experience preferred.

Group Sales Operations Coordinator

This position works with the sales teams on all administration and operations duties for group bookings. He/she participates in hotelier briefings, seminars, familiarization trips, and meetings to remain current with product and sales information, customer service skills, and system changes and updates. The person provides impeccable customer service to internal and external customers according to quality assurance performance criteria.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or equivalent work experience. He/she will have two to three years of operations experience. The person will have experience with customer service.
