In addition to being the home of this year’s NCAA men’s basketball champion, Villanova is also home to the three most expensive homes on the market in Delaware County, writes Shannon Rooney for the Philadelphia Inquirer.

All three luxurious estates have prices that match their extravagance.

The most expensive of the three is at 770 Godfrey Road, on the market for $16.9 million. Described as a compound in the listing, the estate boasts a main house with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, several guest houses, and a clock-tower that houses several professional-grade offices.

The second property is a mansion at 671 Darby Paoli Road being offered for $5.495 million. It includes a spacious main house, a guest house with three bedrooms and its own garage, a refinished barn, and separate garage for three cars. The main property also has a beautiful pool on its 14-plus acres.

A newly built stunner at 264 Abrahams Lane is third on the list at $4.5 million. The estate stretches across 13,500 square feet with a gorgeous main home with seven bedrooms and nine full bathrooms. It also includes guest quarters, a private home theater, full-size bar, and wine cellar.
