Manager

This position manages the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned store; oversees the hiring and dismissal of store associates; trains and coaches staff; and reviews store operations to find solutions to problems and optimize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant retail experience; the ability to develop members of the store team toward management positions; and a valid driver’s license.

Sales Associate

This position serves customers in a manner that enhances the image and sales of the store; accurately operates a cash register and follows approved cash handling procedures; and cleans, sanitizes, and arranges merchandise in the cooler.

The ideal candidate will possess a manner, attitude, and personality that will create an atmosphere of friendliness and good will with customers and co-workers; and the ability to lift 25 pounds of merchandise and remain on feet for extended periods of time.

Food Service Production Worker

This position participates in the daily testing of foods; portions and packages food to be delivered to stores; processes and calculates timeline and logistics for early deliveries; and cleans equipment and performs other sanitation duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of six years of experience in a high-volume kitchen operation; and knowledge of a variety of commercial cooking equipment.
