Manager of Diversity, Inclusion & EEO Compliance

This position oversees the implementation and ongoing evaluation of Elwyn’s corporate diversity and inclusion, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action plans. He/she prepares for and supports federal desk and on-site audits, requests for additional information, and position compensation benchmarking.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or public administration, human resource management, industrial relations, or a related field of study. He/she will have a minimum of seven years of experience in broad-based human resources functions, including at least four years of experience managing affirmative action and EEO programs.

Help Desk Support – Information Technology

This position assists the end-user community with computer- and telephone-related questions or issues as it relates to connectivity, functionality, and general use of equipment. He/she serves as the first point of contact for the community and solves their PC-related problems.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of training and experience. He/she will have a minimum of one year of PC-related troubleshooting experience. The person will have strong customer service skills.

Direct Support Staff

This position develops, implements, and documents individual programs for mental health consumers in a highly structured therapeutic setting. He/she assists and trains consumers in all areas of self-care in order to foster the highest level of independence. The person acts as an advocate, representing client needs and rights with outside social service agencies. He/she designs and facilitates therapeutic groups.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have two to three years of experience working in the mental-health field. The person must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and continued maintenance of the same.
