Associate/Senior Associate Athletics Director

This position manages the athletics facilities staff, including hiring, training, and assigning duties; manages all athletics facilities, including scheduling and general maintenance; and oversees game operations and management of all varsity contests.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; experience in college athletics facility and game operations oversight and athletic administration; and a minimum of six years of progressive experience in athletics administration.

Project Engineer/Jr. Project Manager

This position assists with the preparation of construction contract documents and processing of purchase requisitions; assists with obtaining required permits and certificates of occupancy; and provides field supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of relevant experience; and broad knowledge of construction materials and techniques including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and Life-Safety systems.

Executive Administrative Assistant

This position provides executive-level support to the CLAS Dean by facilitating communications; providing executive meeting and committee support; managing the Dean’s daily calendar; and managing the compilation of the CLAS annual report.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training; five to seven years of experience providing executive-level support; and exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
