Kara Davidson, (third from left) was recognized by CCRES as she celebrates her 10th anniversary with the nonprofit.

Kara Davidson recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary with CCRES and was recently promoted to Payroll and Benefits Coordinator.

Davidson was also recognized by the CCRES Board of Directors for her outstanding contributions to the CCRES team.

She is recognized as one of the most dedicated and hard-working teammates who always has a smile on her face and a kind word to share.

“Kara is such a tremendous asset to the business office. She has a true understanding of CCRES from her experience throughout her ten years at CCRES,” said her supervisor, Christi.

Christi praised Davidson for never turning away from a task regardless of how tedious or time-consuming.

She never hesitates to help any of the staff, whether that person is out in the field or in the administrative office.

“She is truly a blessing, and her promotion to Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is well deserved,” Christi said.

Davidson started out at CCRES in the field as an instructional assistant.

“I loved my time working directly with the students in the Kennett School District,” she said. “It was so rewarding to work with them and to observe their progress and achievements.”

In her current role, she enjoys supporting the hard-working and talented staff.

“I am so proud to be part of such an amazing organization that cares so deeply about the services we provide to the clients we serve.”

Davidson and her husband, Scott, are the proud parents of twins. They have a son and daughter, both currently in their senior year of college. They enjoy spending time as a family, especially on trips to the beach.

“I also enjoy quiet moments reading a book or working on a home project,” she added.
