Dining Room Supervisor (Glen Mills)

This position oversees all operations of the dining room, including managing a staff of 15 employees, and assists residents in the dining room with their meals.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience as a dietary aide, and prior supervisory experience.

Dietary Aide

This position prepares and/or pre-portions food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu, handles food using proper food-handling and food-safety techniques, maintains proper temperature of food during preparation and service, and assists with the setup of the tray line.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education; the ability to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions; and effective communication and math skills.
