A/R Representative

The A/R Representative is responsible for billing and follow-up activities for Medicare, Medicaid, all other governmental and non-governmental and specialty claims at Crozer Keystone Health System and promotes revenue integrity and accurate reimbursement by ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of accounts.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or as least 5 years of experience in hospital Revenue Operations Department and possess strong knowledge of business and reimbursement management.

Assistant Vice President of Business Development

The AVP of Business Development will support Crozer-Keystone Health System business development efforts by assisting with, and as specifically assigned, managing, various aspects of the business development process throughout the Health System.

Candidates should possess strong project management skills, the ability to problem solve and move the stated agenda forward in a matrix environment as well as track record of pulling people with conflicting agenda’s or competing interests together in an effort to move the larger organization forward.

Corporate Director of Sales 

The Corporate Director of Sales at Crozer-Keystone Health System plans, directs, controls and executes sales programs to increase revenues and market share for designated hospital products and services.

In addition to a Bachelor’s degree, candidates for the XXX position should have at least 10 years of direct selling experience, preferably selling to physicians, corporations or other likely prospects for healthcare services including at least 5 years of successful sales management experience.
