The Director of Athletics and Athletic Development has full administrative responsibility for the intercollegiate and intramural athletics programs at Eastern University as well as fundraising and development responsibilities for the Athletics Department.

The ideal Director of Athletics and Athletic Development candidate will have a Master’s Degree (preferred) with minimum five years related experience in an athletics environment and have excellent interpersonal, communication and public relations skills.

Director of Prospect Research

The Director of Prospect Research identifies and profiles individual, corporate, and foundation donors, and research prospects for major gifts, endowed gifts, special project funding, and annual/sustaining support.

Candidates qualifications for the Director of Prospect Research position includes at least a Bachelors degree and at least three years of experience in the role of Prospect/Donor Researcher. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an attention to detail, an aptitude for logical thinking are a plus.

Enrollment Operations Specialist

The Enrollment Operations Specialist serves as the application file manager of all applicants in the GPS programs and as the Designated School Official (DSO). Key responsibilities include processing and issuing I20s for accepted international students to obtain F-1 visa and management of incoming mail from all prospective students.

Candidates for the Enrollment Operations Specialist position must have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with the immigration application process is preferred.
