Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union Looking to Fill Several Positions at Today’s Job Fair

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union's new Chadds Ford headquarters. The credit union will host a Fall Job Fair at the building on Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 3-7 PM.

The Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, which has been providing financial products and services to residents and organizations throughout the Delaware Valley and beyond since 1970, will host a Fall Job Fair this afternoon from 3-7 PM at its new headquarters in Chadds Ford.

A number of full- and part-time positions in FMFCU’s various branches and call center are available. No appointments are necessary, and interviews will be given on the spot. Please bring your resume.

  • Member Relationship Advisor I
  • Member Service Advisor
  • Assistant Branch Manager
  • Branch Manager

The Member Relationship Advisor I contributes to the generation of new business and provides ongoing relationship servicing with current members. The person cross-sells products and services to assist members in meeting their financial needs, and is responsible for a basic understanding of all products and services with the ability to identify and offer additional referral opportunities.

The Member Service Advisor provides quality service to members in a call center environment. The person will answer a high volume of calls and help members with transactions, questions, and product knowledge. He/she will maintain a strong desire to help members achieve financial success, and offer products and services through assessing needs.

The Assistant Branch Manager is accountable for the management of the branch, ensures that all employees maintain high levels of member service, and trains employees as needed. The person will also ensure that sales objectives are met.

The Branch Manager is accountable for overall the management of the branch, ensuring that high levels of member service are maintained by all employees. The person supervises, mentors, and trains employees, and is responsible for the overall productivity and operational effectiveness of the branch.
