Expense Processor

This position prepares, records, verifies, and reports on account transactions for his/her assigned areas of responsibility. He/she ensures efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all transactions, payments, and reports in accordance with corporate and/or departmental policies and procedures. The person maintains accounting ledgers, prepares and delivers customer billing, and prepares financial reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or an associate degree. He/she will possess zero to one year of experience with general accounting and/or accounts payable and receivables.

Senior Learning Consultant/Training

This position supports the execution of Lincoln’s enterprise learning strategy by delivering and facilitating effective learning programs, optimizing learning processes, and ensuring a best-in-class employee learning experience. He/she develops alternative and blended learning methodologies and tools to promote learning and development. The person engages and communicates with key stakeholders to enhance program offering awareness and utilization.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years of comparable work experience. A graduate degree and related educational concentration is highly desired. He/she will have five to seven years of experience in learning and development with exceptional facilitation and instructional skills. The person will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of talent development.

Data Analyst

This position is responsible for producing actionable analytical results for the retirement plan services business. He/she analyzes and addresses data issues, including ensuring that data is carefully gathered and cleansed. The person develops analytical programming and models to manage and analyze data. He/she develops and identifies routine and more complex segmentation, action, and performance characteristics.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience. He/she will have a minimum of three to five years of experience with data modeling, predictive modeling, or other related experience in applied quantitative function. The person will be able to apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
