Marketing Manager (Services)

This position conducts market analysis to determine market/customer needs and competitive strategies, manages full-cycle service offerings from ideal conceptualization to final execution, and analyzes the results of product offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or marketing, though an MBA is preferred; a minimum of five years of experience in marketing, sales, or engineering; and demonstrated skills in the development of sales and marketing tools.

Dispute Analyst

This position manages and resolves all invoice discrepancies; identifies, logs, tracks, and resolves disputes; and assists with audit and SOX compliance for key areas within the OTC process, including pricing controls and tax.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, strong working knowledge of SAP, SFDC, and SOX compliance and controls, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Trade Compliance Coordinator

This position analyzes product details in relation to the rules of applicable free trade agreements, responds to customer requests for free trade agreement certifications, and responds to customs inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration, two to three years of experience in trade compliance or a related field, and strong organizational skills.
