This position oversees the content strategy and content calendar for the team, including platform-specific execution plans; helps manage paid advertising campaigns; and measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism; two to four years of digital marketing/website management experience; and experience in content creation, analytics, and proven results.

General Manager – Philadelphia Union Youth Development
This position manages and operates the Philadelphia Union Pre-Academy (U8 – U11); hires and oversees Pre-Academy staff; executes friendly matches, facility rentals, and the expansion of the Pre-Academy; and manages the youth business division’s budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline; a minimum of five to eight years of experience in a related field; and strong people, organizational, management, and leadership skills.

Manager, Marketing & Game Operations
This position develops a marketing calendar that manages the advertising budget and promotional efforts, develops comprehensive planning documents for all home games, and secures key game day staffing roles and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related discipline; two to three years of working experience in marketing and/or game operations; and experience at a professional sports team.
