Brandywine Realty Trust has put its own Radnor headquarters on the real estate market, and will move its signature presence to the city this fall, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report by Natalie Kostelni.

The new Brandywine Realty Trust HQ will feature 46,000 square feet on the 16th and 17th floors of the FMC Tower at Cira Centre South, where the company already has an office presence. It is expected to house a third of the company’s 363 employees.

The FMC Tower is one of the jewels of Brandywine Realty’s development portfolio, and the 97-percent-occupied skyscraper was only able to accommodate the relocation due to a tenant move within the building.

Meanwhile, the current HQ space in Radnor will shrink to host a suburban satellite office for Brandywine Realty, with the rest leased out.
