This position opens accounts and submits loan applications, manages a cash drawer, achieves personal deposit and loan sales goals, and processes customers’ transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, extensive consultative sales experience with bank products, excellent customer service and communication skills, and previous cash-handling experience.

Retail Office Manager

This position leads and mentors a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed service targets and sales goals, develops branch referral pipelines, and coaches teams on the proper execution of best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or management, three to five years of management or supervisory experience, proven business development skills, and extensive sales experience with bank products.
