This position develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of all federal, state, and university student aid regulations, policies, and procedures, assists in administering campus scholarship programs, and presents at financial aid information sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, one year of related experience, excellent customer service skills, and superior writing, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Administrative Support Assistant 2

This position manages the front reception area, serves as office coordinator, greets and provides information to students, families, and visitors, and supports the work of academic advisers and career counselors.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, excellent communication skills, and effective organizational, data-entry, and mail merge skills.

Campus Registrar

This position supports the academic services and functions of the campus, develops and publishes class and final exam schedules, and provides data in support of day-to-day operations, including reviewing and approving requests for change of assignment, withdrawals, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience or a master’s degree with related experience.

Student Services Associate 3/Associate Director of Student Affairs

This position oversees the assistant director of student activities and residence life staff, recruits, trains, and supervises orientation leaders, and participates on the orientation planning team and other university committees.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree, three years of related experience, and experience in a residential setting, student conduct/judicial affairs, staff supervision, and student affairs.
