Associate Vice President of Finance
This position has primary responsibility for all accounting operations, including payroll and related benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable (tuition and other), student financial aid, auxiliary services, agency accounting, and the general ledger, and other books of original entry accounting. He/she is also responsible for managing the process required to develop, implement, and monitor the college’s operating and capital budgets.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting, and have five years of experience in General Accounting, preferably for a nonprofit institution. Knowledge of integrated relational database financial system (Banner preferred) is required, as is experience in use of spreadsheet, word processing, and database software packages.

Technical Services Manager
This position oversees and coordinates the operations and activities of a centralized Technical Services Department on the Marple campus. This position participates in initiatives to enhance library resources and services to meet user needs. He/she will also collaborate with Learning Commons staff in the areas of educational outreach, technology trends, and emerging issues in electronic resources and collection development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Library Science, and have a minimum of two years of experience in library management, professional library technical services, and with integrated library systems. He/she should have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Experience with reference and information literacy in a higher education environment is required.
