Wawa, the Delco-based chain of convenience stores, has almost 700 stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Central Florida.

Instructional Designer

This position conducts root cause analysis for training requests, selects or develops learning solutions utilizing appropriate methodologies, and trains program facilitators on the delivery of new interventions and programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, or a related field, three to five years of experience in instructional design and adult learning theory, and the demonstrated ability to lead and coach project teams.

Cloud Infrastructure Architect

This position helps define parameters, procedures, and standards used to create a robust and stable cloud services strategy, serves as primary designer and architect for enterprise cloud systems and services, and provides project team leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, seven to ten years of related work experience, and a minimum of two years of cloud development, implementation, and design experience.

Senior Analyst – Enterprise Productivity

This position works with productivity champions across the business by brainstorming existing ideas to completion that reduce complexity and generate savings, designs and conducts analytics to prove out opportunities, and leads process improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and a minimum of three years of work experience, including significant experience navigating cross-functional teams and conducting complex analysis.

Business Solutions Analyst III – Payments and E-Commerce

This position researches, identifies, and develops solutions to business challenges and opportunities, investigates, documents, and resolves technology issues, and participates in the initial investigation of software evaluation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a technical discipline, a minimum of seven years of related work experience, and five to seven years of experience in e-commerce, online payments, or related technologies.
