This position works with field sales teams to assist with efforts to secure participating provider contracts for key plans, creates and analyzes the profitability of potential payor contracts, and ensures the successful transition from contract completion to implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and a minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare industry in a contract support, insurance verification, and/or billing position.

Sales Operations Manager
This position helps motivate and drive the performance of the sales teams, assists the sales and intake departments with operating metrics to help manage and improve the sales process, and manages the sales commission process on a monthly basis.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, a minimum of five years of healthcare sales or operations experience, and demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Lead Insurance Reimbursement
This position resolves complicated questions or issues relating to patient accounts, coordinates and distributes workloads proactively within the department, and provides training to current and newly hired employees to build their knowledge base.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of experience within the company, and demonstrated knowledge of CPR+ and departmental processes and procedures.

This position creates documentation and end-user training materials, trains end users on the use of reports and queries, interfaces with internal customers to obtain report and/or query requirements, analyzes requirements, and creates applicable reports and queries.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and several years of full-time working experience using SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft Visual Studio.
