Administrative Assistant

This position greets and provides direction to all visitors, suppliers, and advisors; schedules meeting and supplier visits and helps execute client events; manages social media platforms and collaborates on the creation of marketing content; and performs general office tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess passion for and experience with travel/hospitality/events and/or marketing; familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and HootSuite; and excellent customer service, writing, and editing skills.

Travel Advisor

This position identifies, solicits, engages, and qualifies potential customers; determines clients’ needs and the objectives of their proposed trips; plans full day-by-day logistics for clients; and creates and maintains client data and information with CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in selling and servicing upscale leisure travel or executive corporate travel; GDS or Sabre experience; intimate knowledge of destinations, properties, and suppliers; and the ability to identify, solicit, engage, and qualify customers.
