This position assists in facilitating a handoff for the client from the emergency room or personal care physician, acts as a member of the client’s treatment and support team, and helps provide needed services, including stable housing and employment.
The ideal candidate will possess a year of D&A experience, computer and Excel skills, a driver’s license, and good communication skills.

Service Director
