Human Resources Manager, Employee Engagement and Development

This position provides guidance, advice, and counsel to all levels of employees on employee relations, develops and implements training initiatives, and works in partnership on the college’s recruitment and retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years of professional experience in human resources, and demonstrated success in employee relations, coaching, and/or organizational development.

Associate Director for Engaged Scholarship

This position oversees academic civic engagement and engaged scholarship at the Lang Center, supports engaged scholarship across all academic divisions, and proactively seeks out opportunities to recruit, advise, guide, and support faculty in engaged scholarship.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D., three to four years of experience in higher education and/or community development, and understands and employs best practices in community engagement activities.

Systems Programmer/Developer

This position provides support for the college’s administrative technologies, designs, develops, and programs new applications to support the college’s business functions, and supports the college’s reporting needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of directly related experience, and experience with Oracle Databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and supporting Ellucian Higher Education Banner ERP systems.
