Associate Contract Management Specialist

This position drafts, reviews, revises, and manages standard and non-standard customer, supplier, and other non-disclosure agreements and contract amendments, while managing the intake, assessment, coordination, and distribution of the contract administration group mailbox.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of two years of applicable legal or business experience, and project management experience.

Export Specialist

This position reviews all exported products and provides pertinent trade information required to be in full compliance with applicable regulations, provides assistance on other governmental agency requirements, and prepares monthly metrics and agency reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years of export experience, and extensive knowledge of federal export administration regulations.

Billing Liaison

This position completes the onboarding process for new customers and projects, facilitates the set-up of new accounts, approves internal billing sheet templates, and performs file management and records retention duties.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate or bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two to four years of applicable work experience, and project coordination and process improvement skills.

Director – Distribution, Quality Assurance

This position develops and implements a quality plan for distribution to keep the company’s quality systems and policies in compliance with system requirements, and establishes and maintains controls for the quality management system.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field, a minimum of eight years of quality management experience in a regulated industry, and a minimum of five years of management experience in a regulated industry.
