IT Application Support Programmer/Analyst

This position coordinates daily support for IT Help Desk and Operational Support representatives, and provides support for functionality within GENEX core systems and processes. He/she reviews and analyzes appropriate programming code and processes, and creates and executes support utilities. The person designs, develops, tests, and executes programming changes to address support issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics. He/she must have at least three to five years of experience in related software development and/or support experience, including break/fix design and development and the creation, testing, and execution of support scripts and utilities.

Referral Intake Senior Specialist

This position supports referral processing through data entry, case registration, case assignment, triage, and client job queue monitoring for all new case management business. He/she provides exceptional service to clients by appropriately handling incoming calls, researching problems, answering questions, providing information, and forwarding messages as needed. The person processes referrals accurately and efficiently within established productivity guidelines and timeframes.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of work experience in a line operations environment. He/she must have strong analytical and data entry skills with high accuracy. The person will have customer service experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Claims Developer

This position represents claimants in Social Security cases pending at the initial and appeal levels until/unless a hearing is scheduled. He/she acts with the claimant’s authority and on the claimant’s behalf in all matters relating to the claim. The person analyzes existing medical evidence and determines if additional medical records and/or source statements are necessary and procures them from the appropriate medical providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, and have at least one year of direct Social Security experience. The person will have strong analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
